Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American express accepted via Paypal.  United States residents only.  I will only ship to the billing address of the credit card.  Checks, money orders and cashiers checks accepted, but will delay shipping until payment is cleared.  Postal money orders allow for quicker shipping.  Colorado residents pay sales tax (8.25%).  Local pickup is available at my studio in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

 

Shipping

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.  Shipping charges are provided for the United States are for the lower 48 states only.  For other shipping locations, please contact me for a quote.  My preferred carrier is FedEx Ground.  Tracking information will be emailed to the customer when the item ships.  Please contact me for alternative shipping methods.  If you choose to have the item shipped on your account, a packing and handling fee is applied.

 

Return Policy

You may return any artwork within 14 days of receiving the work. I do not accept returns on custom orders. If you wish to return an item, please email me at lance@timco.com or call me at 719-302-0702. Returns carry a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. If you are returning a product because it was defective or you were shipped you an item that you did not order, I will pay the return shipping costs.

 

How to Return Artwork

Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If the product is damaged in return transit due to packaging error, you will be responsible. Return the work using the same carrier by which it was shipped to you. Please include a note with your full contact information and/or a copy of the sales receipt along with an explanation for the return.

 

Damage in Transit

If your package appears damaged, please call me at 719-302-0702 so I can arrange to have it picked up. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

 

Cancellations

Any order that is not a custom order may be canceled prior to shipping. Many items are ready to ship within 24 hours. If the item has already shipped, the original shipping and its return are the buyers expense. Please email me at lance@timco.com or call me at 719-302-0702 to cancel an order.

 

Refunds

You may expect a refund in the same form of payment as originally used for purchase the work within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of the work.
